Jump To Robert Kiyosaki's Stats
There are those who are accomplished in many things, but a master of none. There are those that are a master of one thing. And then there is Robert Kiyosaki. Kiyosaki is a master of anything he touches. With financial interests in gold, silver, copper, oil, and real estate, Kiyosaki moves on to the next thing as if he is playing his own version of Cashflow 101. He has interests in real estate, publishing, media, metal, oil and the arts.
It may be that Kiyosaki's military training kept his head on a swivel. A product of the U.S. Navy out of Hawaii, Kiyosaki ended up in one of the most dangerous military jobs in the world at one of the most dangerous times in the world. He flew helicopters for the Marines during the Vietnam conflict. You can imagine that he could keep his eye on the ball when things were not going as planned.
After his military service, Kiyosaki went right into business – selling photocopy machines. Eventually, he broke out and started his own businesses. That foray into the ups and downs of business cycles and learning the ropes in the clothing and accessories industries helped him define the money making path that he took. Kiyosaki worked so hard at making his way that he ultimately retired from work by the time he was 47.
A guy like that will never retire. Before too long, Kiyosaki had to get his juices going again, he invested in and made money from gold. In invested in and made money from silver. He invested in and made money on almost everything he could get his hands on. As he did he journaled the facets or tenets necessary to become and maintain a persons wealth. His teaching have been memorialized in his DIY best-selling books that fall under his 'Rich Dad' empire.
