You would never picture Fergie to be a Girl Scout. Okay...some of you guys may have fantasized that, but that's enough! Stop thinking like that. The female vocalist from the uber pop band Black Eyed Peas, Stacy Ann Ferguson, or Fergie, energizes each crowd worldwide as she supplements her growing net worth of $57,736,500.
Stacy Ann did actually pull duty as a Girl Scout in California. Beside being a straight A student she use to wear those little Catholic uniforms to school. But it was her voice from the start that ignited her career. Before she was chosen to star in the Kids Incorporated television series, Fergie was hired on to do voice over work. She voiced one of the comic strip characters for Peanuts and Charlie Brown.
Fergie lists her occupation as singer, songwriter, fashion designer, actress and television host. From an early age, she has been exposed to high caliber entertainers. She collaborated with others from Kids Incorporated to establish the band Wild Orchid. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Black Eyed Peas to give a quality female vocalist dimension. Once on board the BEPs took off and she continues to tour with them.
Fergie did go through some troubling times. Troubling times for some of her boyfriends. Monogamy was not her strong suit. Apparently when she was just 18, she decided that the hunger of her dominant sexual nature needed to be fed. It really didn't matter by whom. Some of that may have been influenced by her former addiction to crystal methamphetamine. She has since shed that monster.
Now that things have settle down for Fergie, with a 2009 marriage and a huge upswing in Black Eyed Peas popularity, Fergie looks to grow her net worth. She has established her own fragrance in partnership with Avon and she has strengthened her brand by releasing singles in concert with the Peas.
